Energize Clinton County (ECC) is a grassroots, non-profit organization that formed in response to the closure of shipping company DHL's main hub in Wilmington, OH.
ECC exists to provide Clinton County citizens access to a one-stop, community center for sustainable economic and environmental solutions. Through this clearinghouse, citizens have the opportunity to participate and engage in Clinton County's economic and environmental planning.
