There are companies at work such as www.weathermodification.com that get paid to either modify weather, or rent seeding aircraft to anyone with enough money who wants to modify weather. I belive that weather should be up to our God. The one who created the Earth that we live on. Wether you believe there is a God or not this petition is about wether you believe nature should be up to man or nature. By voting NO you will agree with me that you don't believe that people should manipulate our weather.
