We, the inhabitants of Beverly Heights Community strongly believe that road safety should be dramatically improved within our neighborhood. We fear for the safety of our children and ourselves. The traffic increases with the opening up of new homes along with the number of contractors, delivery vans and visitors. No matter how vigilant we are as residents or how much we tell our children to be cautious, we cannot rely on external visitors being aware. Luckily there is a solution at hand. The use of strategically placed Speed Bumps are an effective and inexpensive way to dramatically reduce road speeds. We the undersigned request BH management to strongly consider this option to avoid any potential human disaster.
I was walking the dog earlier and saw yet another delivery van speeding past the park which honestly just made my blood boil because it is getting way too dangerous for anyone trying to take a walk. I have been drafting a formal letter to the management office about the speed bump proposal and although it feels like I am just shouting into the void sometimes I know we have to keep pushing because this is about our actual neighborhood safety.

The cars fly through that street like it is a race track. My kids play near the front and I am scared every single day someone is gonna get hit. Need speed bumps now.

Seriously need this. Delivery trucks drive way too fast near the park area and no one stops at the junction. Cant wait for something bad to happen before they do something.
