Our neighborhood is turning into a racetrack. Neighbors are being disturbed at all hours of the day, and children/pedestrians have almost been hit. Most of the traffic assumes the intersection is a four way stop, and because of this chaos is constant. We need another stop sign, before someone gets hurt. The intersection is Packard and Outagamie. Outagamie does not have a stop sign for at least a mile. The traffic on both roads are constant. When children are crossing the road, they assume it is a four way stop. I'm hoping a stop sign will put an end to this confusion.
