City of Chicago financial aid disbursement is ridiculous. They make us waiting until the end of each semester to receive a refund regardless of your academic status or holds. I don't understand why they make us struggle throughout of semester when we have financial aid to assist us. I have contacted the financial aid office at Truman College and the downtown locations, and neither of them can explain to me why they release funds like they do.
