Ex-Residents Vs. Angus and Landsec We live in Dudley heights,a building that has been managed by Angus and the Landsec during our stay there. When we went to the letting offices to pay get the account details, we were told that we should deposit R750 for deposit because nsfas would be paying the balance of R750. The deposit we payed, was promised back to us when we moved out. When it came to moving out, we signed a vacating note giving my bank details for the money to be transferred into our accounts. It has been a month since we moved out and we still haven't gotten the money back. When we called last week, the lady said that they had already started returning the deposit money and that we should call again the following week. Now when we call, I'm told that we can't get my deposit back because nsfas didn't pay the other R750 that was promised to them. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!
