If you're a Celcom broadband service user in SABAH and UMS, then please read this!! 1)The Internet speed won't be as quality as Celcom advertised on TV 2)The salespeople of Celcom only care about getting sales and commissions and will try to persuade us with empty promises 3)There won't a be single proper time frame where you can get consistent Internet connection without any problem 4)Usually the Internet connection will be good only at 2am-7am in the morning.But I wonder who wants to use during that ODD hours 5)Nowadays the Internet connection won't last more than 5 minutes and I've to reconnect it again and again. Roughly I'll try to reconnect it 10-12 times an hour, and I'll do that for 5-6 hours untill I got fed up and jus IGNORE that service for the day. 6)You can't contact the customer service department easily as there will be dozens of operators asking you to "press 1 for BM/B1" and then "press 2 for blah blah blah" and even after 5 minutes plus you can't reach any customer service staff and eventually your money will be deducted. 7)Even after I and my fellow frustrated Celcom broadband user friend went to the customer service department at KK, there were no changes in the quality of the service.We were promised that the problem will be looked into and will be contacted by any Celcom service department staff. But unfortunately, there were no SMS or calls from them. If you happen to suffer similar problems with Celcom broadand service,please sign this petititon. Here's why. We are going to collect as many signatures as possible, print it out, and mail to Celcom's headquarters in KL.Hopefully this problem will be solved by them and give us a proper service. Your support is extremely needed and appreciated.
