To whom this may concern.

We are producing this Petition as we all agree to the fact that we need a football pitch/ sports area creating on the plot of land what used to house the Doyle close flats. We have been needing a football pitch around this area for years and nothing ever seems to have been done to create one, but its gone on too far and something needs to be done.

Their is nothing around here what is suitable or close enough for children and families as well as teens to play football/ tennis and maybe a running track. The land could be put to some good use and we feel that this is the best way forward for the land and estate. We need something to be proud off and its what we ( the residents ) are urgently seeking.

If you could take some time to chat to the residents about this issue you will find that we want this a lot and you need to listen to your residents. If you could maybe provide funding for this to go ahead that would be brilliant

So we herby sign and send this petition to you for some action to be taken as its been along time coming.
