We the undersigned would like to retain Barbara Gilbert as our Section Chief. We resolve that since she has become the Section Chief for this Division morale of the employees have skyrocketed; the fact that she has an open door policy so that we can come to her as employees has made a great difference in our work lives. She has lead by example. I know that we strained as being short staffed on all areas, but her dedication to Social Security and to us as her staff has been extraordinary.
