Americans are fed up with Barack Hussein Obama making law through executive fiat. It is time for the American people to send a message to leadership in the House, Senate and the Administration that we will no longer allow Obama to rule by executive fiat and eliminate the Legislative or Judicial Branches of government.

According to the U.S. Constitution -

Article II - Section 1: He shall take the following oath or affirmation: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Article II - Section 3: He shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed.

Article II – Section 4: The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

WE THE PEOPLE demand that our elected officials stop funding for all executive orders by Obama that require the use of taxpayer monies.

WE THE PEOPLE demand that all government programs that disperse taxpayer monies to illegal aliens be immediately stopped. According to U.S. law, illegal aliens are not allowed to receive ANY assistance which disperses taxpayer money. We demand that all illegal aliens be prevented from gaining photo identification cards which allow them to usurp our election system. Only living American citizens should be allowed to vote in U.S. elections, period.

It is time for our representatives to start abiding by the law, and that means every branch of government.

It is time for our representatives to audit the treasury. Investigations have shown that this administration is taking the money gained by suing corporations and dispursing it to liberal organizations that support this administration. This is a mismanagement of THE PEOPLE'S MONEY. It is also necessary to stop the extravagant spending of the Obamas on vacations.

WE THE PEOPLE demand that only our elected representatives make policies, laws, rules and regulations in accordance with the U.S. Constitution. The Constitution then provides the Citizens the right to vote out those who make policies that negatively affect their lives. Non-elected officials have no Constitutional right to write rules, regulations and laws because that leaves Citizens no recourse in removing them from their positions. NO CZARS should be receiving any taxpayer monies and should not be making policies that affect our lives and our ability to provide for our families.

WE THE PEOPLE demand that Obamacare be repealed, it has not decreased costs, it has elevated the costs of not only premiums but deductibles and copays. STOP THE REDISTRIBUTION OF OUR HARD EARNED MONEY. This legislation was passed by lying and deceiving the American people that is not what any politician should be doing. We do not elect people to represent us and then lie to us while they are stealing our money and our livelihood.

WE THE PEOPLE demand that every branch of government UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION AND LAWS OF THIS COUNTRY, and that every politician and every government employee ADHERE TO THOSE LAWS.
