Comments: I have had my own issues with JP Morgan Chase bank. They did not honor my Chapter 13 bankruptsy, continuing to call me every day with regard to a car loan. I eventually had to tell them to "come get the damn car," and change my bankruptsy to a chapter 7. If they had been willing to work with me to begin with, my bankruptsy could have been entirely avoided. I refuse to do business with JP Morgan Chase Bank. I will refinance to a higher interest rate if they should ever take over any future loans I may have, just to avoid doing business with them.

Comments: It's ridiculous that banks are getting away with this. It's improper servicing which is not outlined as part of the agreement by the servicers. They are supposed to have good reliable servicers that all parties can rely on for accountability and protection of investor assets. I believe that some loans were not modified, defaulted, sold etc (at proper times), because some reports would look very poor and time delays or increases were necessary in various areas to essentially look good or bad when needed for business transactions or accountability. A person can't easily sell stock that is decreasing in value either. So they must make the loan appear to possess a good or bad worth during certain periods, thus all the reason for the lost docs, delayed defaults, quick sales, stalled sales etc.. It's a freaking conspiracy!!

Comments: This issue needs to be addressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a soon to be home owner and am terrified that all my efforts might fall under scrutiny of this nature. We the American people are honest and hard working. I cannot believe that this sort of thing is still happening!!!!!!!! Make the banks accountable. It is ridiculous that such a small number of people are, without punishment, can go on causing such massive rifts in so many peoples lives. America...
