I wish to have a Petition in my state of Florida. Concerning the 2nd. Amendment as well as all the other amendments. That no law or change can be made to any of the Amendments with out the majority vote of all the legal American voters being legally poled during election time. And that no other elected official local,state,federal,civilian shall have the power to change the law's of our government at any other time with out it.
