We the parents,loved ones and family members of those incarcerated in the North Carolina correctional facilities would like the opportunity for parole,good time(days deducted for improved behaviors,involvement in christian originizations,educational and behavior modification courses.Below that of the mandatory minimums. We need an incentive program in place that will allow the inmates that want to make a change and live in a manner acceptable by society to have an opportunity to put these changes into action. The burden that the stay bears now is astronomical compared to setting up programs to integrate the incarcerated back into society in such a manner as to allow them to have a decent chance at succes.
