This petition stands for exposing and eliminating Big Bullying Government Agency's that believe they can tell us how to operate our small family owned businesses & educate or children."This Campaign Petition is for "All" that "our" Justice System has FailedOur story is written as an Article 78 (the legaleze for when you sue a Judge or a State).Don't shoot the messenger.. but guess what.. Many Court Rooms are corrupted by some not so honest judges!Innocent or not..  As well as Corrupt State, County, & City Agencies!In the blink of an eye.. you can lose your children, your life savings, your inheritance, your house and or your mind!That's why we've continued to promote  this petition because...So many of our children, families, & small family owned businesses are being destroyed by our wonderful system..They've forced us to become child/ family and civil rights advocate/activist.We thank them for the education we got out of this!This campaign is united in making sure that individuals' Civil Rights are not violated or ignored by NYS Agencies, like the NYS Office of Children & Family Services. We need unbiased laws that protect the Common People of this country from abusive State Agencies. We urge any and everyone to support our "WE THE PEOPLE CAMPAIGN" in an effort to make sure people receive fair and equal treatment from the NYS Office of Children & Family Services, as well as all State Agencies. "WE THE PEOPLE CAMPAIGN" want to expose the corruption, bullying, & abuse of power many small family day care business'  suffer at the hands of the NYS Office of Family Services and the Erie County Dept. of Social Services. The NYS Office of Children & Family Services have caused irreparable harm to many low-income families, small day care business’, and innocent individuals. The NYS Office of Children & Family Services have been responsible for separating families, alleging false complaints, unwarranted investigations, falsifying documents, malicious prosecutions, conspired convictions, and illegal shut-downs of small family day care businesses servicing low-income communities.The NYS Office of Children & Family Services is under Federal Investigation for shredding 25,000 Requests for Hearings, negligently causing the brutal deaths of  juvenile counselor Renee Greco and Darryl Thompson, a juvenile housed at a State run facility.We want the NYS Office of Children & Family Services to know that "WE THE PEOPLE CAMPAIGN" will not tolerate their corrupt bullying tactics that effect small family day care businesses and our children's education.PLEASE SUPPORT AND SIGN OUR “WE THE PEOPLE CAMPAIGN” FOR JUSTICE, SO THAT WE HOLD STATE, COUNTY AND CITY AGENCIES ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR CORRUPT ACTIONS.And lastly, we would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to you for taking the time to read and respond to our request for support on behalf of all small family businesses, low-income communities, & innocent children effected by corrupt NYS Government Agencies, like the New York State Office of Children & Family Services, the Erie County Dept. of Social Services, and Child Protective Services
