We, the people of the Unites States of America, wish to see our country restored to its former state of government: For the people and by the people. We begin by removing all current members of Congress, reducing the salary and benefits of all Congressional members to a reasonable package that mirrors what the average American receives, and that expires when that member is no longer actively serving in their position, which is limited to 2 terms in a lifetime. We also require a national vote in order to increase any salary or benefit, with a two-thirds majority vote to approve any such increase. This country was founded on religious freedom and it needs to stay that way: Therefore we further wish to make any religious lawsuits unconstitutional and expressly forbidden unless the foundation for such a lawsuit is that the there is an imminent threat to the safety and security of the citizens of the United States. We,the people, also wish to stop all foreign aid until such time as we are no longer operating in a financial deficit. And , finally, we the people want the official language of the United States to be English, with all government documents and services to be offered in English only, including but not limited to telephone services.
