I was just chatting with a few shop owners this morning about the logistics of sourcing local stock because honestly it feels like there is finally a real appetite for this shift in how we handle our supply chains. It gets a bit overwhelming trying to coordinate across all these different groups but then someone sends a really thoughtful message about why they care and I remember why we started this whole thing in the first place.

I honestly never thought this momentum would actually happen when I first started tapping away at my keyboard in the kitchen. It is just wild to see so many people from around Morley wanting the same thing for our shops and schools because honestly it feels like maybe we are finally getting somewhere real.

Great to see this happening in our town. I always try to buy fairtrade when I can find it in the shops but it should be everywhere really.
Fair trade products are high quality and a real difference to the lives of the farmers/worker who produce the raw materials. Fair trade products seem to be disappearinformed from major supermarkets but can be bought at St Peters church

I fully support the principles behind Fair Trade policies and am delighted to see Morley as a town getting behind this intiative!
