We, the undersigned, are supporters of Rhiwbina Library, and the excellent staff who look after the library and assist visitors to the branch.
The library is one of the busiest libraries in the City and is a much loved resource in Rhiwbina.
Any reduction in the hours would be detrimental to the library and the community and we call on the Council to reject this budget saving.
