   Comments: no guns, then you can\'t bring in a gun, period.The only thing the prorpety owner cannot do is make restrictions that are prohibited by law; for example the law explicitly prohibits discrimination on the basis of race so they can\'t say no blacks for example, but they are perfectly within their rights to say no weapons. It\'s no different than if you told someone you didn\'t want them to bring a gun into your house. Even if they have a carry permit, the house is yours and the permit does not take away your right to refuse the person entry if they choose to bring a weapon into your home.

   Comments: It is up to the individual owner to exdcule guns from his establishment.It may also be illegal to carry a gun into a tavern depending on your local laws. It is also illegal to carry a weapon into a federal building like a post office or courthouse. Leave the gun at home or go to another tavern/bar without the posted sign. Check your local laws on guns in bars. If it is illegal and you carry one in, you will be charged if caught and lose your CCW along with any penalty for the gun violation. As a holder of a concealed weapons permit, it is YOUR responsibility to know what is legal and what is not legal.
