   Comments: Randy needs his account back, He was helping a friend in game. Randy is always there for others and to help it does not suprise me he was trying to help Tyler. This banned is unjust and Randy aka Izzle SYP should not be kept from the game and players he loves and loves to help. If you look into the transactions you will see he was attempting to help another player and not violating any TOS..

    Comments: I love Yoville and play with many wonderful individuals that have been playing this game with me for over 3 or more years. My friends account was recently "Permanently Disabled" (his FB ID is: https://www.facebook.com/Randizzle84) \because my other friend was hacked and the hackers only took certain items (his FB ID is: https://www.facebook.com/tyler.crownie) In addition, before any of trading of items took place, Tyler went onto FB SYP ( a Yoville club called SYP which he is a member) and told everyone about being hacked, that was at approximately 11:30 PST, June 30th 2012. Randy is Tylers best friend and offered to help him move any items for safe keeping until ZYNGA sorted this out. He agreed and with that, Randy and Katy helped transfer items. There was no need to disable these individuals accounts. They're good members in standing with ZYNGA and have spent quite a bit of money in this game as well as been upstanding people within Yoville communities and are loved by so many. They were merely trying to help a friend....they are the good guys. It seems the hackers remain in game but the honest players keep getting banned. This MUST be corrected.     Comments: Jay is a good guy.. he doesn't try to hurt anyone.. as a matter of fact he is always one of the first to step up if anyone needs help... in this situation he was helping a close friend of his keep the items safe from hackers... Why punish someone who is an asset to the game.. instead wouldn't your time be better spent helping to rid the game of those hackers that cause such situations to happen.. honestly the ban set on randy was one you have made out of haste lacking investigation.. the result one of my friends isn't allowed to play the game he loves and enjoy the company of friends.. side note he is also a large investor in your game.. so if the sense of doing whats rt doesn't entice you to restore his accnt. perhaps the need to fulfill next moths bills will

    Comments: We Need Izzle back in Yoville. He is Indeed a very cool guy and always playing safe. Too sad that he was just helping due to stupid hacking staff. UGH!! Zynga, sort this out! In the very First place, you should protect the players from any hacking and dangerous tricks. This is just so Unfair!! We, Izzle friends knows him for ages now, like been 3 years and I swear, he is not into those tricks!! So Why does Zynga Banned Him?? Thats just Ridiculous!!

    Comments: I have known Randy Pickett for some time and have only ever known him to play to zynga's terms of service to even suspect him of being a hacker or a scammer is so wrong and to me shows his account wasn't checked properly or you would have known this, randy is a good and honest player and its clearly a huge mistake that you have banned his account.
