My account got banned today because I was helping another SYP member from being hacked. (Butters) Would my fellow team members and SYP Sexy Yaddaers would help that would be fantastic!! I need help filing a ticket to help me get my account from being disabled while it's fresh!! This is a cover letter to get started and you guys can just edit or do whatever you have to do. I would greatly appreciate it and I miss my fellow team members and SYP family!!! :( I would do it for anyone here. Firstly, I play with a multitude of fantastic individuals that have been playing this game with me for over 3 or more years. One of which has just returned as he opened up his account once again after landing a very prestigious job with a fortune 500 company.. ..Yes, no one's exempt from the Yoville addiction. My friends' account was recently "Permanently Disabled" (his FB ID is: https://www.facebook.com/Randizzle84) \because my other friend was hacked and the hackers only took certain items (his FB ID is: https://www.facebook.com/tyler.crownie) In addition, before any of trading of items took place, Tyler went onto FB SYP ( a Yoville club called SYP which he is a member) and told everyone about being hacked, that was at approximately 11:30 PST, June 30th 2012. Randy is Tylers best friend and offered to help him move any items for safe keeping until ZYNGA sorted this out. He agreed and with that, Randy and Katy helped transfer items. There was no need to disable these individuals accounts. They're good members in standing with ZYNGA and have spent quite a bit of money in this game as well as been upstanding people within Yoville communities. I happen to know Randy personally, as we grew up as childhood friends. I am sure you will resolve this matter. I have faith in ZYNGA as you've always helped me and have taken a good look into things...Remember this please. Everyone perceives a picture differently, as we are not always on the same paradigm until we explain what we see, then the other person can then see things in a different light.
