We, the undersigned, ask the council to provide the crossroads of Sylvan Hill, Sylvan Road and Auckland Road, London SE19 for a replacement lollipop person and the resources that they can be made to feel safe in their job.
Our lollipop lady of twelve years has left. She left as she felt her safety was in jeopardy due to a few individuals. We are now left to fend for ourselves on a very busy crossroads. This junction is on the path to at least six local schools.
Children at the schools range from three years old upwards and we do not want to see a serious accident or fatality caused by inappropriate economies.
