We all have friends or family that have been die hard supporters of League of Legends since day 1. These people have invested more time than the actual employees in some cases. It is completely unfair to randomly issue permanent bans to players that have contributed thousands of hours of gameplay, and hundreds of dollars in support of RIOT Games. We, as the die-hard support that made LoL what it is today, demand a final warning before issuing a permanent ban to any player.

If RIOT games wants its player base to become friendlier, and truly has them in mind, then it should be no problem to issue a last warning before permanent ban status. That would at least show summoner's that RIOT is finally being serious, instead of completely blindsiding a noticeable chunk of their playerbase. Players that were permabanned would either adapt instantly or get banned one more time, but at least players that actually valued their LoL account would be positive players forever on.
