We, the enrollees of the White Earth Nation request a monthly per capita payment of $5,000.00 for every enrolled member. This includes members residing on the reservation, off the reservation and out of state. Said $5,000.00 per capita payment will continue each month, with a 6% annual inflationary adjustment.

Monies due enrollees under the age of 21 years shall be deposited in an interest bearing account, until said enrollee reaches the age of 21, whereby enrollee receives total accrued monies (Initial deposits plus any interest that has accrued during identified individual deposit.
