To order the FBI United States Department of Justice to investigate police corruption & misconduct in the New York City Police Department 48 Precint and 72 Precint
The 48 Precint in the Bronx is have number of Police Officers who
are abusive and corrupted they are abusive and are know to make false charges againts civilians.
Like one Sgt last name Davis who had attempted to fabricate a case againts community activist Jose Lasalle and others. Another problem
is that there are supervisors in that Precint who should not be supervising
like Lt. Jonathan Korabel who have a federal lawsuit pending for verbally
abusing a 13 year old in a patrol car this incident was headlines in a number
of newspapers.Futhermore there are complaints from the public about Police
Officers from the same Precint using abusive language and doing illegal car
stops.The Deputy Inspector Thomas J Conolly was sued in federal court for
harrasment and should not be in charge of supervising that Precint.We ask the
Department of Justice to investigate including the 72 Pct in Brooklyn for civil rights violations.
