Comments: This is another example of New York State tarnishing its image as a business friendly state. When will we realize that we are losing jobs and company after company to Fairfield County and other parts of CT. Shame on NY State

Comments: This additional tax that includes Non-Profit HealthCare Institutions, is just despicable. The New York State Legislature should be ashamed.

Comments: Once again, NY State government is passing down a mandate (MTA payroll tax on municipal employees) that will further increase local property taxes. How shameful!

Comments: This tax is an outrage and just another blow to healthcare and business in Westchester. Businesses are trying to avoid additional layoffs and find a way to survive. This tax will deal a death blow to many of those on the edge. The MTA should take responsiblity for itself and not look to hospitals and other businesses to solve their problems.

Comments: As a business owner of a employee benefits company, we were recently hit with a burdensome and targeted tax against insurance premiums which ultimately are passed on the businesses and employees. It is time to fix the underlying problems and stop asking the people to foot the bill.
