This is an attempt to convince the Williamsburg Square (WBS) Board Members to vote yes to start the process of getting the WBS Condo Association FHA Approved. WBS is not currently FHA Approved, which means pre-approved FHA buyers cannot buy a home here. It also means FHA financing is not available to current owners.

The following owner’s are letting it be known to the Board we want to start the FHA approval process. The approximate fees that will be incurred to the community will be $3,000 to submit our application to the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) in Trenton, NJ. Upon review of our application the FHA will either approve or deny our request.  Even if you voted yes in a previous survey be sure sign our petition in favor of getting WBS FHA approved.
