    Comments: Having recently lived in Charlottesville for 6 years, and the Charlottesville/Lynchburg all of my life (soon relocating back to Cville), I have gotten an infinite number of smiles from Mr. Waving Man. No matter what kind of day I was having it always lifted my spirits to see him there, spreading a bit of cheer to everyone, without bias or hesitation.

Seeing your brother, known to my friends and family as The Waving Man, would always put a smile on everyone's face and put everyone in a good mood.
