W A T K I N S P A R K : M A K E I T R I G H T The Watkins Park: Make It Right committee encourages [the Department of Parks & Recreation] (DPR) to be more inclusive of the neighborhood community in planning and executing the current project at Watkins Park. ❖ We want [expect] to create a Park that accommodates all the [community] needs, both inside and outside the fences. ❖ We want to assure that the neighbors[’] views are part of the resolution of this project and on opening day, everyone can celebrate. ❖ We petition DPR to inform the community of their plans and to answer community questions about [regarding] impact, access, security, and maintenance of the entire Park.
