In June 7, 2000, Watch & Jewelry Service Center, Inc. began doing business inside of the Publix Supermarket in
the Pembroke Pines Commons Plaza. The store has helped build a community within the Publix by attracting
hundreds of customers and employees with its' inventory and speedy repair services. Inside of Publix, Watch &
Jewelry Service Center, Inc. allows customers to find perfect gifts and have watch and jewelry repairs done while
they shop for their weekly groceries.

Nearing 15 years of successful running, coming out strong from recession, Publix has randomly decided to
terminate their relationship for unknown reasons. Watch & Jewelry Service Center, Inc. has brought more than just
services to the community, but a close connection within the community itself. Watch & Jewelry Service Center, Inc.
employees have always treated their customers with a great sense of amnesty and have brought Publix a greater
amount of traffic. They have always been respectful of the Supermarket's rules and regulations, and helped build
strong relationships with not only customers, but also with all of the employees at the Publix Supermarket.

Publix's action of termination is forcing the store owner, employees and their families, to start all over again in the
current job market. Publix has given Watch & Jewelry Service Center, Inc. until August 31, 2014 to move out. That
does not give the local business ownere and his employees enough time to scout a proper location, obtain necessary permits,
rebuild, move the entire store, including merchandise, and figure out a way to afford the outrageous costs to do so.

They face the uncertainty of their business surviving if they are even able to relocate it. They face the uncertainty of
not having a job after years of jewelry and watch experience in a stable environment. They ultimately face the uncertainty
of not being able to support their families and needs.
