Wartune has repeatedly shown its players that despite some of them being high paying players, they do not care about addressing any issues that my arise from any bugs. Tickets that have been submitted inform the players that they know about the issue, not that the issue is being fixed. Sometimes going so far as to delete the tickets before the issue has been fixed. And now players that have grievances cannot post them due to the forum registration being shut down. Therefore, the general sense is that Wartune does not care about the players and only view us as a money source.
