Last month Dr. Binayak Sen a renowned pediatrician from Chattisgarh had been arrested being indicted of subversion and alleged nexus with Maoists. Although it's ambiguous how much the allegation is relevant with real life situation or what was the amount of reliable evidence was collected against his innocence but reliable resources, relatives, entourage and esteemed physicians all over the world are talking in unison about his innocuousness.It is true that Dr. Sen has long been associated with philanthropic activity but aiding such activists who are seriously involved in permeating atrocities in society killing distressed, helpless and financially crippled villagers under the alias of freedom struggle has never come within the ambit of his appreciation.Now he is serving a sentence of rigorous lifetime imprisonment which appears to be the smothering of a voice which is colossus, unbiased and democratic, as long as he is behind the bar it is a brazen defeat of truth and and a consensus of fulmination can only proceed his voice, he is mute but his moral and principles can't be overruled.
