U really should apologize. How can u actually believe that after 10 hours a text "we are working at it, ETA: unkown" would be enough.
After 10 hours a CM tells u we don't have to make new account if u already have a registered account.
I actually payed for garuanteed acces, and u yourself told us 7th spetember would be the date. Now i have to be in queu with all the players wo u freely did offer keys the last two days, this sucks big time.
But most of all why did u ignore all the suggestion us veteran MMO-players did give u more then 2 weeks ago.
I hope u come clean and give us something extra, like a months free subscription.
I really hope u get our act together for real launchday.
