| 52 | Michael Ham | Absolute joke of a company!
Why the EU players are getting treated differently to the Americans I do not know. The US website is simple to use, eu rubbish! |

| 63 | J L Neale | Having never encountered GOA before as a company, I was prepared to completely overlook their previous apparent failure - and as a new customer who put down £60 so I could get in the Open Beta, I've been less than impressed with the service (or rather, lack thereof) that has been recieved thus far. One would have thought they would go out of their way to avoid such a fiasco again, but it seems it was not to be. A rather bitter start to what I'm sure will be an excellent game. |

| 72 | Daniel Moeltner | |
| 73 | Ishmael Scarratt | GoA had their chance to learn from their mistakes with DAoC and it seems they have not. |
| 74 | Boris Scekic | GOA is dragging you all right to the bottom. |

| 97 | george apostolou | This instability and total lack of communication is what makes a failure for a company like goa.
They knew they were going to have mass traffic on open beta day instead of releasing the account registration days earlier they release it the exact same day as the open beta , epic fail! |
| 98 | Benki | RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE! |
| 99 | Pavlis Spyridon | the Biggest Blame goes for Mythic not GOA. they spent milions of dollars for marketing and they still gave the EU distribution to a company that failed big time in the past with Daoc. Congratulations Mythic. you really showed your deepest interest in EU customers. |
