There has been so many people talking about how the tech director treats people. In particular the tech director - Sandy. The complaints are always the same and about the director. We are tired of being verbally abused and treated like we don't have a choice about what we can use to teach with or work with. We are supposed to be helped by the tech director and the tech director is supposed to enable us to teach and work with more effiency. We shouldn't be limited by someone with limited knowledge in her field. We can have a voice and a say in how we are treated. We do have a right to decide about the tools we want to use and NEED to use! Someone else should fill this position and ensure the schools technology issues are met with respect and effiency. There is no need to be treated with verbal abuse from someone who doesn't care about what we need or do. Anyone else could do this job with more respect, so why are we subjecting ourselves to this? We are fed up with this treatment and want action taken NOW! We want Sandy removed from this positioned and someone who understands how to treat people like human beings to fill the position. Let's band together and have our voices heard.
