They're protecting their asses from crazy suehappy parents. And you'll knock into people and cause issues in traffic between classes--faster for you, not for others who don't have them. This comes from someone who has heelys (and wears them in school). Enjoy them, just understand why they're banned.Flag

You need to assess the level of risk when whizzing around on the heelys. I know of a child who fell over after only being on the heelys for 30 minutes and broke her arm. The risk far outway the positives of wearing heelys. The risk are of serious injury and that is something we can all do without.Flag
