   Comments: you get more sles from the fabric then of anything else.i know when i shop at walmart I go there for just the fabric but come home with many more items.items that I can go anywere for.

   Comments: In my town we do not have lots of options, and as it is Walmart is the main supplier for just about everything, when we go to Walmart we make sure we get everything we need, it makes it so convenient having children to do a ONE STOP SHOP, instead of having to venture to other vendors. Please take this in consideration, I know Lawton would be thankful.

   Comments: For some people who can't afford to pay more than $5 a yard for fabric, Walmart is a Godsend. They can still buy good fabric, but if Walmart closes their fabric dept., they're out of luck. For those taking high-school home economics classes or those just learning to quilt, they don't need to pay high prices for fabric--they need Walmart! Our closest Walmart fabric dept. was always busy; I nearly always had a pretty good wait to get fabric cut. I can't understand why they're closing. Please reconsider your decision to close out the fabric departments in some stores.

    Comments: For some of us, this is the only place we have unless we drive 60+ miles. And talking with many of your employees... They too are amazed that you are doing this with all the customers they serve each day. I know were I live, the only place is Walmart for ANY crafting supplies. Please do reconsider this move. I think that this is one of the reasons I buy other things at walmart including my groceries since I can get my ribbon/fabric and everything else I need at the same time. I am very dissapointed in Walmart that they are wanting to do this. Closing the craft dept. will send my business to other stores that are more convienient for me. Thank you, Kimberly

    Comments: Wal Mart is the closest store for me for crafts, not to mention the reasonable prices for items as well. To be honest crafts and children's clothing are about all that I shop at Wal Mart for anymore. Wal Mart no longer cares about the small people and the "roll back" prices are a joke. I continue to shop for crafts there as this is the closest and most inexpensive place to by my items. If Wal Mart closes the craft department I will happily buy my kids clothes from Target and choose not to spend my money at Wal Mart anymore.

    Comments: Our nearest walmart is the closest retail store to the Army base of Fort Irwin, and it's still almost 40 miles away. If you take out the fabrics the next nearest fabric source, Joann's is over 70+ miles away. That would stink.

    Comments: my walmart fabric section has already been eleminated here in sikeston, mo. I now have to drive at least 30 minutes to go to Hobby Lobby or a walmart that still has fabric. There is nowhere at all to buy fabric in sikeston. Of course, my walmart made the dvd section twice as big, because we all need to watch more tv.

    Comments: Fabrics and the crafts is included in my weekley shopping that is the main reason that I choose Wal-mart. If you take those away, I can shop else where because I will have to make two stops anyway.

    Comments: wal mart is my main source of fabric and the reason I go there. While I'm there after getting my fabric I do the rest of my shopping for groceries etc. If there is no more fabric and I have to go elsewhere I may go elsewhere too to buy my other items.

    Comments: Please do not take our Walmart's Fabric Dept. away from us. This is the only place a lot of us have to get fabric, notions, etc. We depend on this for extra income for our families. To be able to make and sell our crafts is our livlihood!! Thank you.
