It is now undeniable that the Lions Rugby Tours have been absolutely terrible for Wales. For at least a year after taking part (and throughout the professional era) the Welsh Rugby Team under-performs to such a dramatic degree - through injury loss of form directly attributed to this tour- that we the supporters of Welsh rugby now ask that the WRU cease participation and to leave these Lions with immediate effect. It is not right and proper that the Welsh Rugby Union knowingly expect supporters to suffer a Welsh International Team that will always be sub standard and hamstrung for two years - by the WRU's misguided and stubborn participation in the Lions Test Series.
