In view of the government’s practice of awarding selective waivers from the Affordable Care Act, and in recognition of the Constitution’s guarantee of equality among its citizens, I respectfully request a permanent waiver, or exemption, from the Affordable Healthcare Act, consistent, at least, with waivers granted to members of Congress ,congressional staff, the Obama administration and other entities.
