To the Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of the Parliament of Western Australia in Parliament assembled. We, the undersigned, request the opportunity to experience a third, different timing of Daylight Saving which is more appropriate to Western Australia, before the 2009 Daylight Saving referendum. Now we ask the Legislative Assembly to direct that Daylight Saving in the summer of 2008-2009 start at the beginning of December 2008 and finish at the end of January 2009.
