   Comments: I believe that a uniform UI take sthe fun out of buying a high end phone and cripples most of the functions tha phone was designed to to in the first place. If it wasn't for Verizon's reception, I would have left a while ago. My contract is up for renewl, but I'm sincerly thinking of going month to month or going somewhere else.

    Comments: I'm moving to Cingular/AT&T this month because my contract has expired and all of the new phones have the VZW interface, including the new razr maxx, which I've waited for, but I can't stand the interface. I've kept my V710 for 7 months past my contract expiration because no VZW interface, but all the phones now come with it.

    Comments: I think I am leaving Verizon in July for this very reason. I've been with Verizon for 7 years and I feel as if they haven't done enough to keep me as a customer. There phones are so crippled, it's a joke. Most of there phones are 6-9 mos behind GSM carriers. I love there strong reception and coverage. There prices are more expensive for data plans and texting than Cingular, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Maybe CIngular's service will be crappy. Maybe I'll be back at Verizon before 30 days. As of right now, I'll be heading to Cingular with 4 lines of service in July of this year.

    Comments: The Verizon UI is one of the worst, unintuitive pieces of software every propagated by a large company. It is apparent that Verizon believes that their main target demographic are morons and children. They discourage the tech-savvy consumer from wanting to upgrade equipment because of their software branding. Come on Verizon - get with the program. At least make your POS UI an optional theme so that users can change it if desired.

    Comments: Motorola's UI sucks worse that Verizon and just because the phones features are limited it's Verizon that is doing it not their UI. If Moto's software was to be used it will still be locked.
