To whom it may concern,

We the fellow students and faculty of the Virginia Western Community College system herby petition to foresee that administration takes action in providing adherents to the VWCC with an ATM. ATM surcharges can be allocated monthly towards different clubs and organizations where the council and administration sees fit.

VWCC as well as all of institutions and companies are subject to the new “digital age.’ By now, the year of 2014, a vast majority of adherents to VWCC community utilize the banking system provided in this country. With that said, each and every student has his/her routine, schedule and/or daily agenda, therefore, he/she is subject to a hassle to run to nearest ATM within the confines of the congested Colonial Ave area. Essentially, students and faculty with strict schedule find it difficult to make a trip from the school to the nearest ATM in times of need for a cash tender.

There are a wide range of beneficiaries towards this petition, the most important and vital are clubs and organizations who wish to fundraise but are subject to delay or no-show from people who primarily operate on credit/debit cards.

The People of the Virginia Western Community College system request that administration takes consideration and provides the college with an ATM by the end of the Spring Semester of 2014.
