VROT Variable Rate Overtime Also known as Chinese overtime Because trying to calculate it is as hard as learning Chinese.The rate that VROT is Calculated is Total wages divided by total number of hours worked,giving you a total hourly rate ,Then for no other reason other than company benefit divided by 50% ,and that is your hourly overtime rate.This is wrong . If a company is willing to pay an hourly rate for the first 40 hours the same straight rate for overtime is fair . this Law needs to change I see so many hard working people getting their time taken for company profit.55 to 65 hours per week.=15 to 25 hours @ minimum wage
