We, the signatories below wish to put forward a vote of no confidence in our acting president Jodie Elphick. We believe that Jodie’s leadership is detrimental to the wellbeing of the club moving forward. We deem Jodie to be not suitable for the following reasons:

Lack of transparency to other members

Making decisions independently where outlined by the constitution, should be made at committee level or advisory committee

Lack of trust from other junior committee members

Lack of consultation with junior committee

Lack of professionalism with response to multiple resignations.

Damage to club reputation

The current junior committee is fractured and lacks the confidence, support and respect of club members. Our junior committee structure and cohesion is being questioned by neighbouring clubs in a negative way. We therefore request that a special general meeting be held as soon as possible to open up nominations for the role of junior president and any remaining executive positions.
