Name: Anonymous on Feb 28, 2007Comments: I agree with Mervyn (surf). You seem to give out violations and often the violation should be to the person posting the question. I do however absolutely agree that downright flith, bad language and insulting behavious should not be allowed on the site.Flag

Why offer a service and allow it to be abused by any fool that wants to complain without good cause. At least allow a means to appeal!Flag

Name: Andrea Blackett on Feb 28, 2007Comments: I am constantly trying to appeal against unfair violations given to me. Nothing is ever done. They are always my answers to trolls that constantly harrass vegans and ask questions about poisening them with meat - ETC (vegans are no longer used to digesting meat and this could nearly kill one of us!!!) I was cloned by Trolls in December and one of your members of staff - THIBALD removed all of my questions instead of deleting the trolls. I lost 200 points!!!!! You still did not take ANY action and one of them is still here - She must work at Yahoo!!!Flag

Name: Coco32 on Mar 1, 2007Comments: There should be a system where a question needs to receive something like 6 reports of abuse from different people before it can even be considered as a violation and even then it should be passed onto a member of the Y!A team for them to decide if it warrants deletion..... we should then have the option of appealing...it is so cool that all you guys are signing this petition as i know a lot of you probably have not had violations on a regular basis for nothing...but a lot of us get them on a very very regular basis for absolutely nothing!!! So it does mean a lot to see people showing their support here...it might not seem very important to some people and we are not "sad" for wanting this sorted ...we just want the bad apples out of the crate so that the people who want to enjoy Y!A can enjoy it..! Thank you for this petition smurf and to everyone for signing it...Flag
