I have been campaigning for well over 20 years, at the time of Cleveland, of which PAIN, made recommendations into the Public inquiry, there has been very little change since then. I support this cause all the way,and can understand the anguish and pain, you are going through, we had our son returned to us, after 12 weeks of hell, the powers to be backed down,and said the fracture could of been caused accidentally, he was later diagnosed with brittle bone disease. CPS, SHOULD BE OVERHAULED, newly qualified Social Workers should not be put on front line duties,, until they have gone through at least a nine month mentoring period, this could prevent mistakes,like System abuse, with reference to Parents having Children wrongly taken into Care,and experiencing Forced adoption,and miscarriages of Justice,and at the other end of the scenario, vulnerable Children left at risk of abuse. I was forced to terminate my rights to my child because CPS forced more classes on me I couldnt attend because my husband and I were having a baby. I lost all rights to my son and have custody of our second son and have never had any complaints on how I raise my child. I took my son out of a dangerous environment and he was still taken away from me. I want everyone to see that CPS only removes kids on grudges or just for the money they make for removing children. Parents with abuse and drug history get kids back. I had a military background never had a record and got my child taken away from me forever.Flag

And the grandparents have custody of the grandchildren because of the mother being a drug user and bipolor; leave the grandparents and grandchildren ALONE. These grandparents raised children of their own. Once their child reached 28yrs old and decided she liked and enjoyed her drugs its not the parents fault what that mother does as long as the Grandparents have full custody of the grandchildren. LET IT BE. GRANDPARENTS DO PROVIDE A STABLE ENVIROMENT FOR THE CHILDREN THEY ARE MORE INVOLVED IN THE CHILD'S LIFE. MY son was kicked out of my home 31 years old; handicapped was a police officer; and during our family meeting he starts quoting all these penal codes that Rick Raper was wanting me to break the law. And Rick the CPS worker said in a low voice my co-workers don't need to know these penal codes. That immediately pissed off Rick the CPS worker. So my son was immediately removed from my home; the 2 grandsons 9 @ 7 looked up to their Uncle as a father figure because they have 2 dead beat dads who don't care; my son would do everything in his power to protect his nephews and niece. CPS HAS TORE MY HOUSE HOLD COMPLETELY UP. Rick Raper CPS worker and another case worker stated that the reason my son must leave the house they feel like he is an endangerment to the children IN THE FUTURE. My opinion rules to CPS needs to be changed immediately. FIRE ALL CASE WORKERS AND BRING IN NEW PEOPLE TRAIN THEM TO DO THE JOB WITH NEW RULES; not steal the children. For every child that gets adopted out of foster care CPS get $10,000 dollars. More children died in the hands of foster care than they do with their parents. MR. PRESIDENT I KNOW YOUR HANDS ARE FULL BUT LOOK AT THE MONEY YOU WOULD BE SAVING THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IF YOU WOULD PUT A STOP TO THIS AND INVESTIGATE EACH CASE. CPS TOLD US THEY ARE THE LAW THEY DON'T HAVE TO GO BY ANY RULES. PLEASE HELP. Before another family is destroyed. HOW DO CPS WORKERS SLEEP AT NIGHT; OH THEY DO BECAUSE IT'S JUST A PAY CHECK TO THEM. END THIS ABUSE OF POWER. Just because I don't make as much money as her grandparents does not mean she would not be secure and loved with me. Let us join together and raise our voices and end this. I believe that there should be proof of PHYSICAL ABUSE before CPS is allowed to take your children. I NEVER abused my daughter. I was only without a job. She was always clean and had a roof over her head and food in her tummy. Everyone has suffered in this economy but they should be focused on the REAL abusive parent not innocent victims in this horrendous economy!Flag

They know that my daughters half brother can not have children of his own but they have money so they forced her to make a decision the first time to adopt her to him and now she can not see her child. This time her next child was born just the other day and they took her the very next day. When will this night mare end! How do they exspect her to be a mom when they will not allow her to? The accusation was that she had post parlim depression with the last child and with this one its because of her last case. They failed to tell my daughter that they contacted the last couple that has her other child talking to them about adopting this one saying that she will never get her back! They lie and go behind your back.Flag
