Vista Komanwel C 2nd parking sticker

The petition

Recently the management (Vista Komanwel Parcel C) decided to impose a fee on the 2nd car sticker.

I believe this is a good move as resources is limited and shared, I think those who need a 2nd car sticker need to pay to be fair to everyone.
