I ask the City of San Diego to support Save Our Heritage Organisation (SOHO) in the operations and management of the historic Villa Montezuma. This architectural jewel should only be entrusted to an organization with the community ties, credibility, house museum and restoration experience, and financial wherewithal as that of SOHO.
