Expand the number of Trustees on the Village Board from 4 to 6.

The State of Wisconsin requires 6 Trustees for a Village but our board chose to vote on keeping the number at only 4. The surrounding Villages in Washington County all have 6 Trustees. This direct legislation will allow more representation of Richfield residents.
