As members of the Kent Woodlands Homeowners Association, we request that the Board of Directors present any new or modified proposals or guidelines related to tree trimming/removal and view restoration to a vote of all members. The current CC&R's do not give prooperty owners view rights or give the Board clear authority to regulate and enforce tree and view restoration regulations. Accoardingly, such policies-which have a signifcant impact on neighborly relations and quality of life within the Woodlands, and add potentially significant economic burdens on the owners of lots where tree cutting is sought instead of on the property owner seeking the view rights should be handled as an amendment to the CC&R's and thus subject to a democratic vote.
