Save Yosief Kidane’s life by stopping his deportation from the UK to Eritrea

 To Whom It May Concern:

Yosief Kidane, is an Eritrean National, whose application for asylum in the UK has been turned down by the home office. His appeal against home office’s decision was dismissed by the adjudicator with baseless grounds. Home office officially recognises severe human rights abuses in Eritrea under PFDJ rule. He will face harsh, incommunicado, never ending imprisonment or more appropriately Mr. Yosief Kidane will be thrown to an unknown cell to rot and die an agonizing death.

On Friday 23 April, 2010 Mr. Yosief Kidane was forcefully placed inside an airplane, tied him in an inhumane fashion, to be deported to Eritrea . In fact, the Pilot of that airplane refused to take Mr. Yosief Kidane in such an inhuman condition and the security guards had no option but to return him to the detention center where he has been there as his home for over a year.

Mr Yosief Kidane has been an active member of Victims Eritrea which is devoted to promote Human rights & defend Eritrean Human rights inside and outside Eritrea. His commitment to the protection of human rights and the promotion of constitutional democracy in Eritrea has been genuinely demonstrated. He participated in many demonstrations taken here in UK against the repressions committed by the PFDJ regime and awareness campaigns in promoting Basic Human Rights in Eritrea. He showed up himself to b the voice for the voiceless Eritreans languishing in Eritrean prisons. Mr Yosief Kidane was also taking similar actions and criticisms during his stay in Italy.

Now, while the Home Office officially recognises severe human rights abuses in Eritrea under PFDJ regime, its action appears to be against what the Home Office has officially acknowledged and the tenets the UK stands for. If Mr Yosief Kidane would be deported, he will face life threat from harsh incommunicado prison, imprisonment that never ending, or more appropriately he will thrown to an unknown cell to rotten and die an agonizing death.

UK home office has issued another deportation travel ticket by airplane planned for Tuesday 4th May 2010 morning. Thus we concerned Victims Eritrea and friends of Eritrea urgently appeal for public support in order to safe Mr Yosief Kidane’s life by taking appropriate actions.

Please sign the petition to safe Mr Yosief Kidane’s life... Thank you very much for your time. Note: Signatories names will not displayed to prevent Eritreans from retributions by the Eritrean Government authorities. Remember to untick the display option box to avoid automatic names display if you require.
